How long will my order take?

Every item is made to order in Manchester. Please allow 3-5 working days for production, plus tracked UK delivery time. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What materials do you use?

Functional and load-bearing parts are printed in tough PETG or Nylon. Decorative pieces are printed in PLA. We choose the right material per product for strength, finish and detail.

Do you make custom or bespoke parts?

Yes. If you need something specific, head to our Custom parts page and send us your idea, measurements or reference images, and we will quote you.

Are your airsoft parts ready to fire?

No. Our airsoft range is parts and accessories only, not ready-to-fire imitation firearms. UK customers should read the compliance note on airsoft product pages before ordering.

How do I care for my prints?

Keep prints out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from high heat, which can soften some plastics over time. Clean with a damp cloth. Load-bearing parts are designed for their stated use; please do not exceed it.
