How long will my order take?

Every part is made to order in Manchester and usually dispatched the next working day, always within 2 working days. Royal Mail Tracked typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, and DPD Next Day arrives the next working day. See our Shipping page.

What materials do you use?

All our current parts are printed in PETG, a tough engineering polymer suited to functional parts.

Do you make custom or bespoke parts?

Yes. Head to our Custom parts page and send us your idea, measurements or reference images, and we'll quote you.

Are your airsoft parts ready to fire?

No. We sell parts and accessories only, not complete airsoft replicas. UK customers should read our Airsoft Compliance page before ordering.

Can I return a part?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it's unused. See our Returns & Refunds page.

How do I care for my parts?

Keep parts out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from high heat. Clean with a damp cloth.
