Changed your mind?

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email mutforge@gmail.com with your order number, then send the item back unused within 14 days of telling us. You pay return postage, and we refund the item plus the original standard delivery charge.

Custom and bespoke orders

Parts made to your own specification can't be returned for a change of mind, unless they're faulty.

Faulty or not as described?

Contact us with your order number and photos. Within 30 days of delivery you're entitled to a full refund; after that we'll repair, replace or refund. We cover return postage for faulty items.
