Made-to-order items

Our products are 3D printed to order, and custom work is made to your specification, so each piece is produced specifically for you. Under UK consumer law, made-to-order and personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind return. Please order carefully and check sizing, compatibility and colour before you buy. If you are unsure about anything, ask us first at MutForge@gmail.com.

Faulty or damaged items

Your statutory rights are unaffected. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will put it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at MutForge@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Standard stock items

For any standard, non-personalised item bought ready-made, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return postage is covered by the buyer unless the item was faulty.
