Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email mutforge@gmail.com with your order number to let us know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• You pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
• We'll refund the item price plus the original standard delivery charge. If you paid for a faster service, we refund the standard rate only.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or proof that you posted it.
• If a part has been fitted, modified, painted or damaged beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Custom and bespoke orders

Parts made to your own specification can't be returned for a change of mind, unless they're faulty.

Faulty or not as described?

Contact us with your order number and photos.

• Within 30 days of delivery, you're entitled to a full refund.
• After 30 days, we'll repair or replace the item, or refund you if that isn't possible.
• We cover return postage for faulty items.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
